Juaben Municipal Assembly held an Entity Tender Committee Meeting Friday, 30th September 2022 at the MCE’s Office.

Approval of Review of Contract for the Construction of Slaughter House

The meeting was attended by Mr. Omane Aboagye, MCE – Juaben, Rev. Peter Antwi Boasiako, MCD – Juaben, Mr. Emmanuel Gallo, Works Convener, Mr. Caleb A. Agyemang, F & A Convener and other members of the committee.

The meeting begun at 10:38am with George Kwame Nyame giving the opening prayer.

The 3rd Quarter 2022 Procurement Plan was presented to the committee by the Municipal Procurement Officer, Mrs. Comfort Sikanku.

The MCD adviced that the budget ceiling should be adhered to in order to prevent overspending.

After a thorough discussion, the Procurement Plan was moved for acceptance by Mr. Gallo Emmanuel and seconded by Mr. Caleb Adu Agyemang. Thus, the plan was accepted by the committee.

The evaluation reports for various projects;

Construction of 1No. 3 Unit Bedroom Self – Contain Teachers Quarters at Odoyefe

Drilling and Mechanization of 3No. Borehole with Overheard Tank at Dumakwai, Abetinim and Boatengkrom

Construction of 1No. 3Unit Bedroom Self-Contain Nurses Quarters at Achiase

Construction of 1No. 10-Seater W/C Toilet, Drilling and Mechanization of Borehole with Overheard Tank at Boamadumase

Procurement of 10,000 Palm Seedlings

Phase 1 Pothole Patching of Selected Roads in Juaben, Nobewam and Duampompo

Phase 2 Pothole Patching of Selected Roads in Juaben, Nobewam and Duampompo

Phase 1 Grading of Abetinim to Odoyefe and Ahodwo Roads (7km)

Phase 2 Grading of Abetinim to Odoyefe and Ahodwo Roads (7km)

Provision and Installation of Highway Code Road Signs Post at Juaben

Procurement of Items for PWDs

were approved.

The meeting was moved to a close by the MCD and seconded by Mr. Emmanuel Gallo.
The meeting was closed at 2:50pm with a closing player by Akua Boatemaa Duah.
