The Head of the Office of Local Government Service, Prof Lord Mensah together with his team paid a working visit to the Juaben Municipal Assembly on Monday, 26th January 2026. This was an impromptu visit to assess staff attendance towards work and to strengthen collaboration and enhance effective public service delivery.
The team engaged management and staff on professionalism, discipline, teamwork and accountability, while encouraging continuous improvement in service delivery to the public.
There was also a forum where staff members revealed their concerns and grievances to Head of Service.
Officials of the Assembly expressed appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed their commitment to supporting government policies and promoting local development.
